s4h freebie Chill Out

I hope this is ok to post here. How do I get added to the designer section? I just started designing at ScrapBird.com and I'm in the SAS'y Lady design contest. My work is s4h ok and I have a freebie I thought I would share here. You can find the download links on my blog.
