Welcome to our new look and features
We have just converted our board to run using new software.
This new system has a number of nice features including the fact that the icon beside each forum continues to show new until you actually enter that forum. That means that if you don't read everything that's new before you log out, the ones you didn't enter will continue to display as having new posts. However, once you open that forum, even if you don't read all the unread topics, when you go back to the index, that forum's icon will turn off. So, once you open a forum, it would be good to read all the new topics so that icon on the index will really mean what it says.
Right now, all forums and topics will show as unread. After you check to see if there really is anything new, you can set all the messages as read by using the option at the bottom of the board.
I hope I have everything set up right but if not, please just let me know and I'll fix it as soon as I can.
Please bear with me as I get used to the admin features of this new software. If you aren't seeing everything you used to, please help me out by letting me know so I can fix it. I anything looks weird to you, let me know that as well. Thanks a bunch and I hope this new software will address some of the issues we've had before.
So please look around and see what options you may have now that weren't available before.
