DigiD4O Membership Application Form
The DigiD4O business group is open to people who are serious about making a business of designing digital scrapbooks and/or other digital craft items for clients and who wish to network with others doing the same. We have an active forum in which we discuss business start-up issues, marketing techniques, product ideas, software, digital techniques, sourcing digital resources and many other topics of interest to professional scrapbook designers and crafters. We also provide you with a forum in which Resource Designers whose products you can use in your business are encouraged to keep you updated with their latest products and sales.
The DigiD4O group consists of three membership levels.
- Entry Level: This level is for those who are considering starting a Digital D4O (S4O/S4H) business and would like more information. We will provide you with access to discussion forums related to start-up issues and provide you with relevant information and links to resources to help you make your decision. You may also ask questions of our experienced members. Once you have made a commitment to starting a business, evidenced by completing the necessary legal requirements, you will be promoted to full member status with access to all our discussion forums and resources.
- Full Membership: This means you have made the commitment to pursue a business or are operating a DD4O business having completed the legal requirements for running a business (business and tax licenses, name registration, or whatever is required in your area). By joining, you will have access to all our discussion forums and resources. You will also have the right to list your D4O business in the blog’s Product Designers Directory.
- Resource Designer Membership: This level has been created specifically for Designers of digital kits, background pagers, elements, brushes, actions, etc and provides you, the Designer, with a unique opportunity to advertise directly to a targeted audience of D4O members via a dedicated forum. We provide this membership on one condition: Our members must be able to use your products in their business. Thus we ask that your TOU (as a minimum) allows for professional and hobby crafters to use the digi-scrap art to create hand-crafted projects that are then sold to a third party. You may, of course, place additional requirements and licensing fees.
If you are serious about starting your own DD4O/PDC business designing scrapbooks and/or other digital craft for others or are already operating one and you would like to contribute to our discussions and network with our group, and/or you are a Designer that would like to advertise to our D4O members then please follow these steps.
- First register yourself at the DigiD4O Bulletin Board, then
- come back here and fill out the DigiD4O application request found directly below.
